►FREE Surface Samplers (microscopic slide) to collect mold samples from visible mold or from suspect surfaces such as air conditioning filters, inside the ducts of heating/cooling ducts, or water-damaged walls/ceilings.  For each mold lab analysis for which you prepay through the PayPal button below, we will mail you (first class US mail inside the USA or international airmail outside of the USA) one Surface Sampler to use to collect a mold sample to submit for mold lab analysis.  In addition to the use of surface samplers, you can also collect mold samplings using Scotch tape lift sampling or submit a small (e.g., 2 inch by 2 inch) bulk sample of a moldy piece of drywall, wood, carpeting, etc. When you pay for whatever number of mold lab analyses you wish to have done, we will email you a paid lab receipt, the address of the closets mold lab with whom we have a testing contract, and the chain of custody form you will need to complete to send your mold samplings and lab payment receipt.

►The Surface Samplers, Scotch tape or the bulk sample  you take can be used by the EMSL Analytical, Inc. mold laboratory for either or both direct examination mold lab analysis (called "non-viable" analysis), which will be completed within 2 to 3 days after EMSL’s receipt of your samples; and/or for viable/cultured mold lab analysis (in which a mold sampling is inoculated into a growth medium to grow the sample for 7 days to maximize the accuracy of mold species identification and quantification---expect EMSL lab results within 8 to 10 days after the lab’s receipt of your samples). Direct examination (non-viable) provides you with mold species identification and spore counts for both living and dead mold spores, whereas viable/cultured analysis provides you with mold species identification and mold colony counts grown only from living mold spores.

►EMSL Analytical, Inc. lab analysis fees. You pay a lab analysis fee for each  Surface Sampler , Scotch tape or bulk sample   that you submit for mold lab analysis and a written mold lab report to your closest EMSL lab (30 lab locations in the USA and Canada).  Because of the legal and/or medical significance and importance to our clients of the mold lab analysis and report, EnviroDangers™ only utilizes the best mold-known and most qualified mold lab in the USA----EMSL Analytical, Inc., with over 30 labs across the USA and Canada.  International customers can also submit their Surface Samplers, Scotch tape or bulk sample for mold lab analysis. Prior to sending your sending your  Surface Sampler , Scotch tape or bulk sample to EMSL, you need to complete first the EnviroDangers™ Chain of Custody and to get your EnviroDangers™ payment receipt for mold lab analysis. If you don’t send your EnviroDangers™ payment receipt along with your mold samples, your samples will NOT be analysed by EMSL.
